The Many Benefits of Volunteering

“I thought I was signing up to help a new mom, but I ended up being so blessed to be a part of my mom’s life and this ministry!”

It’s National Volunteer Month, and we’re thankful for all of our volunteers: we couldn’t do what we do without them! As we meet with volunteers, we hear over and over how volunteering has blessed them.

What is it about volunteering that makes us feel we’re the ones being served? Turns out, there are lots of benefits to volunteering! We’ve listed several below along with ways you can volunteer with One by One if you have a heart for helping new moms.

Benefits of Volunteering

1 – Make connections: Meet new people with interests similar to yours.
