At One by One, we’re passionate about helping expecting and new moms learn to parent well and to draw closer to God. We celebrate every time we match a mentor and mom because we know lives will be changed. Our team employs biblical principles as we operate strategically with integrity, innovation, and flexibility to guide our moms to parent well so their children thrive.

Heather McCaskill

Executive Director

Heather joined the One by One team in May of 2014 after asking the Lord how He would have her get outside the walls of church and into the community. She served as the Memphis Area Regional Ministry Director for 3 years, and in March of 2017 Heather was appointed to the position of Executive Director. A Memphis resident since high school, she graduated from the University of Alabama with a degree in International Marketing. It is Heather's desire to see women grow closer to the Lord, and she has had the honor of mentoring four moms through One by One. She is a wife and mother to three sons, and has been a member of Kirby Woods Baptist Church for over 25 years.

Marion Weaver

Memphis Ministry Director

Marion joined One By One as the Memphis Area Ministry Director in June of 2018. Marion loves the Lord, loves people, and has a passion for One By One! She longs to be used by the Lord for His Kingdom and His glory. She is a long-time member of Kirby Woods Baptist Church, where she served on staff for 6 years. She is a committed Bible Study teacher and disciple-maker of women. She enjoys speaking at conferences and going on mission trips. She is a wife of a terrific guy. She has 8 wonderful children, including triplets and twins. And, she is “Lolli” to 11 absolutely adorable grandchildren!

 Kristy dunaway

Community Ministry Director

Kristy joined One by One as Community Ministry Director in July, 2021. She is a member of  Collierville First Baptist Church where she served on staff as the Preschool Ministry Director for 5 years.  She is active at her church with co-teaching a women’s Bible study and volunteering in the preschool. Kristy grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area and moved to Tennessee over 20 years ago. She loves traveling, running, reading,  and playing the ukulele. It is her desire to see generations transformed by the love of Christ. She is passionate about One by One’s vision: that all Moms will accept God’s love and that children will flourish. Kristy has been married to Kirk for 28 years. They have two grown children - a son and a daughter.

michelle price

San Antonio Ministry Director

Michelle joined the One by One Team in Sept. 2021 as the Texas Director.  She has served alongside her husband, Danny, in ministry for almost 19 years. She has a heart for serving woman and seeing them find freedom in Christ. Michelle believes that coming to know the Lord in adulthood has given her a great compassion for the lost and those who are searching.  She has a passion for sharing her testimony and what the transformational love of Christ can do in a life. Michelle graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Science in Advertising. She has worked in women’s ministry and the non-profit sector. She is so excited to grow the One by One ministry in Texas and to see all that God has planned for the Lone Star State.  Michelle and Danny reside in San Antonio, Texas, and have three teenage children, Aidan, Joshua, and Gabriella.

elizabeth tangco

Spanish and Virtual Ministries Director

Elizabeth joined One by One as the Spanish and Virtual Director in July 2022. Before joining One by One, she served in various church ministries including women and children’s ministry, church planting, and leadership training for those launching and establishing church ministries. She says God has given her a heart for seeing men and women embrace His radical transformation in their everyday lives. She believes the scriptures support God’s design for individual, family, and community restoration and views her role with One by One as an opportunity to serve in this mission. Elizabeth is a graduate of Southwestern Assemblies of God University with a Bachelor’s degree in Counseling and Psychology. She is married to her husband, Nicholas, who is the founder and lead pastor of His Church in Midlothian, TX. They love partnering with God in discipling their three young children.

Emily bateman

Office Administrator

Emily joined the One by One team in 2023 after graduating from the University of Memphis. She received a Bachelor of Science in Education with a minor in Applied Behavior Analysis. Born and raised in Germantown, Emily is a member of Germantown Baptist Church. God put women’s ministry in her heart at a young age. Currently, she is a Bible study leader for middle school girls. She also serves with new members, in women's ministry, and on the discipleship committee at her church. Emily enjoys spending time with her fiancé Connor, family, and her cocker spaniel Daisy. Emily is looking forward to coming alongside the staff and volunteers at One by One as they serve women and children.
