Why the Need?

In 2021, One by One received a grant that allowed us to translate our materials and parts of our website into Spanish. We realized there is a need for Spanish-speaking mentors to serve women who speak English as a second language, so we hired a bilingual director to oversee our Spanish ministry. We can serve Spanish-speaking moms in-person in many of our areas as well as virtually.

Relevant Statistics:

Spanish ministry director Ana Magliocchini

Ana joined One by One as the Spanish Ministry Director in October 2025. A native of Argentina, she moved to Memphis with her family in 2002. She and her husband are both actively involved at Harvest Church Memphis. Ana has served in the children’s and women’s ministries, and her husband has served in worship, as an elder, and as a leader in home discipleship groups. They currently serve the Latino community at Harvest where they lead a home group for the Hispanic community. Ana is actively involved in the preschool ministry and leads a Spanish-speaking women’s group at Harvest’s Women’s Bible Study. Ana feels a strong calling from the Lord to serve the Hispanic community, especially women in vulnerable situations, which is why she treasures One by One so deeply and has joined its mission to serve, love, and equip women in need.
